We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Educator with a passion for Outdoor Learning to Join our team as a Business Development Executive.

Wild for Life are passionate about supporting children's mental and physical health through accessing nature and the outdoors.
We provide a range of programmes for schools and ideas and information for parents and families, through a range of face to face and remote product offerings all linked to accessing nature and the outdoors at a deeper level to bring about experiential learning and development to support them in life.
We have recently launched a new, exciting and unique product range to primary schools, called "My Wild Life", and we are now looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to promote this product nationally into schools, multi academy trusts and other markets where it can benefit children from 4 -12 years of age.
The role is mainly term time, approx 16 hours per week, working from our office in Astwood for 2 days per week and the option of some flexible hybrid working at other times. There is some flexibility in the working days/ hours as the role develops.
We are a small but very passionate team, having developed this product ourselves to meet the growing need to support children's development during a crucial time in their education.
It is important that candidates possess the same desire to genuinely make a difference in children's lives.
Teachers and Headteachers are busy people and so finding innovative ways to promote this product is an essential part of the role’s success. An understanding and track record in developing sales growth in this environment is an essential part of the role.
You would also be responsible for maintaining contact and support to our existing customer base to ensure their service and support needs are being met.

key skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in business development or a related field.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with the education sector and an understanding of Wild For Life's mission.
Presentation skills to train and promote our product range to potential customers and service users.

Previous experience working with schools, ideally in a teaching capacity.
Proficient use of databases to store customer information and manage business leads
Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
A genuine love for the outdoors and an understanding of its role in maintaining positive well-being and mental health.
Ability to effectively present Wild For Life to schools, individuals, and other organisations.
Identify business opportunities, generate leads through cold calling prospective schools, networking at trade shows, and keeping up with industry developments.
Establish and maintain relationships with prospective schools, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), and Local Authorities. This list is not exhaustive
Assist in increasing brand awareness and actively seek new opportunities to promote growth.
